Vineyard Estate

A peacefully serene site with sweeping views of rolling hills and vineyards and clusters of old growth oak trees, the intent of the landscape design for this property was to provide an elegant and understated counterpart to the contemporary, William Wurster inspired, board and batten style farmhouse. Seamlessly integrating the architecture with the site, the new outdoor gardens and spaces provide beauty with a stroke of timeless ease in which family memories could be created and enjoyed. Highlighting the designed landscape is the designs respect of the sites natural setting. Working with the natural assets of the site the designed landscape restores and preserves native flora, and incorporates sustainable elements such as the use of regional stone, bio-swales and a storm water recharge courtyard and meadow together created a bucolic setting for family memories to be created and enjoyed for generations.
